Spring Meeting: Dunstable
Dunstable was proposed as a cathedral city in the 1530s, and has the feel of such a place due to the benefactions of the inter-related Chew, Marshe and Anscombe families. A coaching centre in the eighteenth and early nineteenth centuries.
